WHAT THIS IS NOT?

2. A one size fits all diet or training plan

You wake up and the kids or your work could be at the forefront of your mind and your actions

Maybe it has been weeks, months or even years, since you woke and truly felt energetic or proud about what you see in the mirror every morning

Breakfast could be skipped or the same thing that it has been for however long you can remember, maybe it has been easier for so long to stay in that routine rather than change

None of these things could be your fault, and I will show you how

Skipping your breakfast could leave you lacking the energy later on that leads you to over indulging, your day could be fueled by coffee or the anxiety and pressure from work or the kids

 

The gym gets done but to if you were to be honest with yourself, you know it could be done to a better standard?

 

You will not need me to tell you that nutrition plays a vital role in your health and ability to perform

The inconsistent sleep you may have had? That will not help either, but nutrition could help too

It can be a viscous cycle that is hard to break, at least without the right support

What could be worse are the odd days where you skip the gym and put it off for a later time

I remember the days that I lacked confidence in myself as well as the energy and the looks to feel good about myself every day waking up and looking in the mirror

I come from an engineering background and despite being a part time gym goer since the age of around 15/16, for a long time I loved drinking heavily and disregarding my diet on weekends for wanting to eat crappy foods to fit in with my social circle

WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE GROUP WORKOUTS TAKE PLACE?

At The Gym Group, (address: S626JL, Rotherham Road, Park Gate) and there will be 1 x 1 hour time slot available to train as a group every Saturday:

  1. Between 12pm and 5pm.

The times will be non-negotiable, if you're serious about achieving results, you will make the time avilable to you.

WHAT IF I AM NOT A MEMBER OF THE GYM GROUP?

Well then you could end up missing out, although for £14.99 extra you could subscribe to the gym for the duration of the group, and with their no contract - free cancellation policy, you could still take part.

WHAT IF I CANNOT ATTEND THE GYM AT ALL OR THE TIMES THAT THE GROUP WORKOUTS ARE GOING TO BE HELD?

Then this is not for you. Not to worry - all of the workouts that the groups will be required to take part in have been recorded on video (and there are home workouts available for those that cannot attend any gym) so that anybody can follow an effective workout in a time that better suits their own schedule. Of course - it could be more beneficial (enjoyable) should you be able to attend the group training sessions, but it certainly does not mean that you cannot take part, contribute to the Facebook group, have a chance at winning the prize and the challenges, make progress, have fun with your training throughout this period and learn to set yourself up for success in 2020.
