I get it though,

When it comes to losing weight - sometimes it can be easy for you to feel dragged down by those who just aren't on your level.

Or to lack clarity and feel confused.

There could be nothing worse than those days where you feel you have made all the right effort but the scale tells you that you weigh more.

There are some people who appear to be able to eat whatever they want and as much as they want and not put weight on.

Despite being fortunate in one aspect, it could be these same people that make very little effort with themselves that are the exact same people to pass negative comments all the time - remarks about other peoples efforts, they make others feel uncomfortable, they knock other peoples confidence to make themselves feel better.

WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE GROUP WORKOUTS TAKE PLACE?

At The Gym Group, (address: S626JL, Rotherham Road, Park Gate) and there will be 3 times available to train as a group on 3 specific days (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) of each week, every week, those are:

  1. 5:50am - 6:20am 

  2. 7:10am - 7:40am

  3. 8:40pm - 9:10pm (Tuesday & Thursday ONLY)

  4. 12pm - 12:30pm (Saturday ONLY)

WHAT IF I AM NOT A MEMBER OF THE GYM GROUP?

Well then you could end up missing out, although for £14.99 extra you could subscribe to the gym for one month, and with their no contract - free cancellation policy, you could still take part.

WHAT IF I CANNOT ATTEND THE GYM AT ALL OR THE TIMES THAT THE GROUP WORKOUTS ARE GOING TO BE HELD?

Not to worry - all of the workouts that the groups will be required to take part in have been recorded on video (and there are home workouts available for those that cannot attend any gym) so that anybody can follow an effective workout in a time that better suits their own schedule. Of course - it could be more beneficial (enjoyable) should you be able to attend the group training sessions, but it certainly does not mean that you cannot take part, contribute to the Facebook group, have a chance at winning the prize and the challenges, make progress, have fun with your training throughout this period and learn to set yourself up for success in 2020.

I HAVE TRIED TO FOLLOW NUTRITION AND TRAINING GUIDELINES BEFORE BUT HAVE FOUND THAT DUE TO TIME, MY LIFESTYLE, OR COST - I JUST HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO STICK TO THEM, WHAT IS TO SAY THIS WILL NOT JUST BE THE SAME?

The coaching business that I run works in a way to teach people how to understand how they can train effectively to suit their goals and in the time that they have available (that is why I have made the workouts 30 minutes long - maximum, and made sure to provide video tutorials for every exercise). You will not receive a diet plan that states what foods you should specifically be eating or trying to avoid, you will be taught how to continue eating some of the foods that you enjoy and that suit your lifestyle in the right moderation, alongside the right balance of healthy foods also (that is also why you will receive educational videos from myself and support on a daily basis in the Facebook group).
