What were your initial reasons for investing in coaching?
I chose to start working with Jacob to help provide knowledge and guidance in reaching my goal of stepping on stage for the first time.
What were your expectations from coaching?
Jacob’s service was excellent, from the incremental changes of my diet and training plan as I worked towards the show, to great guidance in one to one training session.
Did you learn anything throughout your coaching experience?
I learned a lot about the aspects of preparing for a show, from how to structure my diet efficiently, different training methods and managing recovery.
What are your goals now? My current plan is to continue working with Jacob, we are focusing on gaining muscle tissue with the goal of competing again in 2019.
