What were your initial reasons for investing in coaching? I chose to invest in coaching due to wanting to lose weight and have a healthier lifestyle, which I didn’t have to confidence or knowledge to do on my own before.
What were your expectations from coaching?
The coaching I received was above expectations, initially I was a bit nervous in changing my diet and carrying out my exercise routine in the gym, but Jacob worked around my lifestyle to ensure that my diet plan and gym sessions fit into my daily life, which meant that I could lose weight without feeling like I was restricting myself from eating certain foods or attending meals out and having a 'life'.
Did you learn anything throughout your coaching experience?
I learnt how to exercise effectively and the correct form among a large range of exercises, I also learnt how to eat healthier and how to manage my food intake within my lifestyle.
What are your goals now? My goals now are to keep my weight off, but also to continue being happy with my body as I spent so much time hating it. Even when I was at my lowest weight I still thought I wasn't 'there yet' which wasn’t healthy, now I know how to eat a moderated diet and incorporate 'treats' and meals out without feeling guilty and it being a detriment to my progress.
